What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a 4‑axle mixer truck to deliver ready‑mixed concrete to customer job sites. Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to support efficient operations. Maintain accurate delivery records and complete all required safety, environmental, and quality documentation. Provide excellent customer service while representing Heidelberg Materials professionally on job sites. What Are We Looking For Valid commercial driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently in varied conditions. Strong commitment to safety, communication, and teamwork. Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and climbing, as part of daily work. Reliability, professionalism, and a focus on delivering high‑quality service. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
