Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a loader to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly. Load customer trucks accurately and efficiently while maintaining production targets. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to support plant operations and achieve operational goals. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship. Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns. Effective communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused approach. Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
