What You Will Do Develop and manage assigned sales territory with a focus on growing market share and achieving sales targets Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers Conduct face-to-face sales calls and consultations with dental professionals and practice owners Present Henry Schein's comprehensive product, technology, equipment, and business solutions offerings Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and territory planning Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts Negotiate and close sales opportunities while maintaining profitability objectives Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions, sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline development Partner with internal teams and resources to provide exceptional customer support and solutions Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and business opportunities Participate in educational programs, trade shows, conventions, and industry events to maximize sales opportunities Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity within the territory Maintain accurate sales activity records, reports, and forecasts Develop and execute strategic territory plans that align with company initiatives and objectives What You Bring Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline Minimum 2 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience 3–5 years of professional sales experience Experience developing and growing a sales territory Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and drive results Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Strong business acumen and customer-focused approach Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills High attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM platforms and business technology tools Dental industry experience is considered a strong asset, but is not required Your favourite words are: Relationship Building, Territory Growth, Consultative Selling, Prospecting, Customer Success, Business Development, Sales Strategy, CRM, Negotiation, Pipeline Management, Dental Solutions, Account Management, Networking, Collaboration, Results-Driven, Market Share Growth This position is based out of our Toronto Branch and requires travel and support of a territory throughout GTA and GTA East. Compensation: The posted range for this position is $70,000-80,000, which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. This role is eligible for commissions and vehicle allowance.
