Information on the division: Located in Kitchener the 100+ employee facility (99,000 sq. ft.) is Héroux-Devtek’s center of excellence for the machining of medium- to large-size landing gear components. As part of the Central Division you will lead P&L responsible for critical machining operations of major commercial aircraft programs such as the Boeing 777 and Embraer E-2, business jets like the Dassault Falcon and important military programs as KC-135, MQ-25 and CH-47 Chinook. The Honer is responsible for honing inside diameters of landing gear components to achieve precise finishes and tight tolerances. They must also perform pre-start inspections, maintain 5-S standards, and utilize various measuring tools to ensure part quality.

Candidates must be able to interpret technical drawings and select appropriate tools for machining tasks. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to meet security screening requirements under ITAR/CGP directives.
