What we offer? * Leaders who invest in your success and your development daily. * Competitive salaries linked to performance and hybrid working hours (depending on responsibilities) * A comprehensive group insurance plan and a very competitive pension plan * Support for the payment of contributions to the professional order or relevant certifications & Trainings * Funding for additional technical, linguistic, and behavioral training relevant to the role and development. * Free access to a virtual doctor and the employee assistance program (24/7) * Social activities for all employees (BBQ, Golf, Christmas parties, etc.) and unlimited hot drinks! * Generous referral bonuses and advantageous recognition programs * A motivating work environment and a human management style where you can make a difference Main responsibilities * Support the product quality focal point for large-scale landing gear development/production programs. * Update the quality plans applicable to our development programs and implement the associated training for the teams. * Define and implement a tool to easily access customer requirements for our various programs. * Produce the documentation related to the conformity of test units for Test Readiness Reviews (FAI, verification of non-conformities). * Manage non-conformities and the documentation associated with deliveries (including producing FAIs for our internally assembled units, submitting them, and obtaining customer approval). * Ensure the conformity of our operations to AS9100 and customer requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering unit/production sites. * Implement the internal audit schedule in the new selected tool. * Conduct floor audits (review of instructions and operator understanding/compliance with instructions). * Review spot checklists and internal audits, taking into account the criticality of sub-processes. * Migrate corrective actions to the new selected tool and implement the associated KPI dashboard. * Participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and train our teams on quality principles by optimizing the tools used (to eliminate manual tasks). Our ideal candidate: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or possessing a combination of relevant experience and a college diploma in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. * Bilingualism (English and French), both written and spoken. * Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA) and other relevant programs. * Experience in the aerospace industry is an asset. * Strong aptitude for data analysis and technical problem-solving. * Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. * Passionate and possessing sound judgment. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong organizational skills. * Demonstrates initiative and autonomy. “In this role, we require knowledge of English due to the necessary communications with our various suppliers, clients, auditors, and other subsidiaries of the organization that are international.” Work culture and environment Are you known for your ability to adapt and learn? Exigences

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or possess equivalent experience. Proficiency in CATIA and bilingualism in English and French are required.
