Driver Lead

Job Description: As a full time Lead Driver you will have the opportunity to drive Hertz cars while getting paid! Your general responsibilities include but are not limited to: Infleeting (stickering vehilces, conducting PDIs including removing plastic, torquring wheels, Geo tab installation); Defleeting (removing installed Geo tabs, Inspections, turnback process) as well as assisting with QCS and body damage entries in the system. Wage $15.50 per hour + $1.50 per hour Lead Pay Schedule: Monday to Friday Mornings 8am - 4:30pm Qualifications: Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Minimum age of 20 years old. Flexibility in scheduling which may include weekends and holidays. Must be able to complete a background screen. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with high energy. Excellent attendance record is a must. strong English reading and writing skills required. The Lead Driver is responsible for infleeting and defleeting vehicles, which includes stickering, conducting PDIs, and installing Geo tabs. Additionally, the role involves assisting with QCS and recording body damage in the system.

Candidates must be at least 20 years old with a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background screen. Flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts and strong English communication skills are required.
