Overview The Commerce Systems team within Hexagon's Autonomous Solutions division is looking for a Business Analyst to join our high-tech engineering and manufacturing company that is committed to customer service excellence and continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative team in driving tangible and measurable results. Reporting to Senior Manager, Commerce Operations in the Commerce Systems team, you will interact with key business teams (primarily sales and marketing) while supporting, improving, and extending our commerce system capabilities across our autonomy and positioning portfolio. The Location: Hexagon is a global company with locations around the world. This position is based onsite in Calgary, AB and we offer hybrid work once both training and onboarding are completed. Responsibilities As a Business Analyst, responsibilities include: Business Analysis Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate requirements into clear, testable system requirements. Act as the liaison between business and technical teams. Manage requirements throughout their lifecycle, including updates and change tracking. Partner with other Business Analysts to support KPI tracking and measure solution success. Support UAT and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs. Change Management Lead stakeholder readiness and adoption for system changes. Develop training materials and support enablement. Act as a primary support contact during change rollouts and post-release stabilization. Process Improvement and Documentation Maintain requirements, process, and training documentation. Identify and recommend process improvements. Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with system changes. Qualifications Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in business with supporting IS/technical project experience. A minimum of 5 years’ business analysis or a related field. Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation and translation into effective stakeholder and system level requirements. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience working with cross-functional teams to design and implement processes, workflow, and administrative optimizations, including demonstrated ability to work with remote/offshore teams. Owns the outcome by taking personal accountability for delivering strong results. Key Success Factors: Thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Takes ownership of outcomes and proactively identifies solutions. Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving clarity for stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, particularly around data quality and documentation. Nice-to-Have: Previous Salesforce or ERP experience. Experience working with data, including reporting, analysis, and basic querying (e.g., SQL). Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or related Business Analyst certification.
