The Opportunity Highspring is supporting a major Canadian financial institution on multiple strategic digital initiatives launching in Q3 2026. We are currently seeking a React Native Developer to contribute to mobile and front-end development efforts across several large-scale modernization and integration programs within a centralized digital delivery group. What You'll Do As a React Native Developer, you will : Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native in a complex enterprise environment Contribute to the migration and modernization of legacy platforms Collaborate with backend and frontend developers, QA, functional analysts, and delivery leads within cross-functional squads Participate in initiatives involving payment systems modernization, financial data-driven solutions, and client platform integration Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability in alignment with modern development standards Support delivery objectives across multiple concurrent initiatives What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience Strong experience developing mobile applications with React Native Solid understanding of front-end architecture and component-based design Experience working in Agile delivery environments Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams Comfort working on large-scale, regulated enterprise platforms Core Skills Required React Native Front-end development Mobile application development Collaboration in cross-functional delivery teams Enterprise-scale solution delivery Our Stack React Native Modern front-end frameworks and tooling Enterprise APIs and backend services (collaboration-focused) Why Join Highspring Work on high-impact digital transformation initiatives within the financial services sector Join a consulting firm that values technical excellence, collaboration, and pragmatic delivery Gain exposure to complex, large-scale programs with real-world impact Grow your expertise alongside experienced consultants and delivery leaders
