The Department Manager will oversee large-scale infrastructure and city development projects, ensuring client interests are protected throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing site engineering, project controls, contracts, and health and safety standards while fostering continuous improvement and talent development.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering and possess at least 20 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development. Proven expertise in water and wastewater construction management, international project experience, and strong engagement with government entities are required.
