The Operational Excellence (PMO) Department Manager is responsible for setting up and running a Project Management Office for large-scale projects. They will oversee continuous improvement initiatives and talent development while ensuring project management processes are effectively implemented.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering and possess at least 20 years of experience in project management. Proven expertise in managing large projects, international work experience, and strong supervisory skills are required.
