The PMO Senior Manager will lead major international government and semi-government construction programs while protecting client interests. They are responsible for overseeing site engineering, project controls, contract management, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering and possess at least 20 years of relevant project management experience. Proven experience in international construction sites and engagement with government entities is required.
