The role involves handling legal research, drafting motions, and assisting with case strategy for a range of litigation matters. The position requires experience in civil litigation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs under supervision. • Assist with discovery processes, including document review, depositions, and interrogatories. • Analyze case law, statutes, and legal precedents to develop case strategies. • Prepare and file court documents in compliance with applicable rules and deadlines. • Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage case workflows and meet litigation timelines.
