ICI Site Supervisor - Commercial Interior Renovations (Contract)

We’re looking for an experienced ICI Site Supervisor to take the reins on a fast-paced commercial office renovation project in the GTA. This role is for someone who thrives in the rhythm of a live site, where coordination is everything, timelines are tight, and quality is non-negotiable. You’ll be the conductor of a busy construction orchestra, keeping every trade in sync and every detail on track. What You’ll Be Doing Supervise daily site operations and coordinate multiple trades, including: Electrical HVAC Plumbing Drywall Flooring Millwork Glazing Painting Manage site logistics, workflow, and scheduling, including work in occupied office environments Enforce Ontario Health & Safety regulations: Conduct toolbox talks Maintain safety documentation Review drawings and specifications (architectural + MEP) Perform quality inspections and manage deficiencies Coordinate with property managers, consultants, and subcontractors Maintain daily site reports, progress photos, and documentation Assist with project closeout, PDIs, and client handover What You Bring 3–5 years’ experience supervising ICI commercial interior renovations Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings Confident leadership and clear communication skills Highly organized with strong coordination ability across multiple trades Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to hit the ground running with early 6:00 AM site starts What’s In It For You $38 – $45 per hour (based on experience) Contract duration: 4–6 months Opportunity to work on a high-profile commercial office project Fast-paced environment where your decisions make a visible impact
