The Business Analyst will gather and document requirements while driving sprint ceremonies and managing the backlog. They will also identify cross-team dependencies and support defect triage.

Candidates should have strong experience with Agile tools and a solid understanding of backend systems and workflows. Knowledge of Canadian Insurance is essential for this role.
