This position will be based at our facility in Varennes, Quebec, Canada. You will have the opportunity to learn the end-to-end engineering design process in support of the manufacturing plant. Responsibilities: In an engineering-to-order (ETO) environment, design the mechanical arrangement of transformers in accordance with best practices and applicable standards. Collaborate with supervisors and mentors to develop your technical and leadership skills Design and/or modify mechanical elements to ensure on-site integration Prepare and validate manufacturing drawings for all transformer components Ensure the production of verification sheets specific to the various designs Support, guide and monitor the manufacture of various transformer components, providing the information needed to validate mechanical assemblies in line with manufacturers' requirements.
