What this role involves Crew leadership Direct and support teams of 2–5, building skills and keeping standards high on every site. Hardscape construction Lead installation of retaining walls, paving stone patios, pathways, steps, and structural elements. Site coordination Manage daily operations, materials sequencing, scheduling, and progress reporting. You'll also read and execute design plans accurately, operate and oversee equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, sod cutters), conduct regular site inspections, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate directly with the design and management teams to keep projects on time and on standard.
