Recruitment Associate HoneyBadger Charging – Vancouver, BC Honey Badger Charging is a smart electric vehicle charging solution based in Vancouver, British Columbia that is electrifying North American roads and supporting initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and fight climate change. By joining our team, you will: Partner with leaders across the organization to identify and attract exceptional talent while supporting the full employee lifecycle. From sourcing and interviewing candidates to coordinating onboarding and providing HR administrative support, you'll play an integral role in building a positive employee experience and helping our team continue to grow. This is a full-time, on-site position out of our downtown Vancouver office. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance. Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, professional associations, and industry networks. Screen resumes, conduct telephone and in-person interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Provide candidate recommendations, interview feedback, and support hiring decisions. Coordinate reference checks, background screenings, and employment offers. Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely, professional communication throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking systems. Prepare employment documentation, onboarding packages, and new hire paperwork. Coordinate system access, equipment, orientation sessions, and other onboarding requirements. Provide administrative support across a variety of HR functions and employee lifecycle activities. Maintain employee files and HRIS records while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy. Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, reporting, and other administrative duties as required. Skills & Qualifications 2-5+ years of experience in HR and/or recruiter experience; An undergraduate degree or higher level of education; Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects; Use innovative sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill roles; Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is an asset; Strong decision-making skills; Be comfortable with rejection, cold-calling and have an appetite for talking to people; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Self-starter attributes, motivated and hardworking.
