Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience. * Educate customers on cannabis products and make recommendations based on their needs. * Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system. * Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all provincial cannabis regulations. * Receive, stock, and merchandise inventory. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented sales floor. * Assist with daily opening and closing duties. * Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Qualifications * Must be *19 years of age or older*. * Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. * Cannabis knowledge is an asset. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. * Reliable and punctual. Availability This is a *part-time position*. Applicants *must be available to work evenings and weekends*, as weekend availability is a requirement.
