Join a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Business Technologies. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the system’s life cycle, from the front end of business development through product end of life. As an on-site Sr Building Maintenance Technician you will need to contribute to a successful maintenance program, on-site installation, servicing and repair of various equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will coordinate the development of detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of SME’s. You will make improvements to training guides and documentation also assist in developing detailed life cycle plans for all on site material and equipment that Honeywell is responsible for. You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives in the field and quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You must be innovative but budget conscious and strive for customer satisfaction. Successful candidate will be focused on the field and hands on tasks but will also need to be diverse and be able to do a mix of administrative and leadership activities. Must be eligible to obtain Top Secret SIGNET Government clearance as well as CGP clearance. The technician will perform on-site installation, servicing, and repair of building equipment while coordinating maintenance programs and work instructions. They will also manage administrative tasks, oversee subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of construction experience and 1 year of subcontractor management experience. Additionally, the role requires the ability to obtain Top Secret SIGNET and CGP government security clearances.
