Install electromechanical, analog and digital trunking systems, circuits and equipment in telecommunications central offices and switching centres. Instruct apprentices. Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment. Connect, disconnect and relocate cable outlets. Determine work assignments.
