Job Purpose The Social Worker Supervisor is responsible for supervising the provision of clinical social work services. Qualifications University degree in Social Work. Must be registered and a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers. Must have progressive related work experience (1 year) in which leadership ability and competency as a Social Worker have been demonstrated. Ability to attend work on a regular basis. Ability to perform the duties of the position. Good work record. The Social Worker Supervisor oversees the delivery of clinical social work services, including assigning and evaluating service delivery. They are responsible for planning therapy programs, providing staff orientation, and serving as a clinical practice leader.

Candidates must hold a university degree in Social Work and be a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers. At least one year of progressive related experience demonstrating leadership and clinical competency is required.
