Instead, it is about building an experience that is memorable and unique for our guests. You will have the basics down but are constantly on the look-out for new trends, and guests’ evolving needs. You will use your knowledge and expertise to make the bar look and function flawlessly. You are passionate about the guest service experience, but also have an eye for detail – from the money that moves through their hands, to the information they provide to guests, to the quality of their drinks. Does this sound like you? You have a keen eye for detail, are very organized, and don’t shy away from physical work. You are capable of moving, lifting, carrying or placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Bartenders – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life. The bartender is responsible for mixing drinks and creating memorable experiences for guests while maintaining the bar's functionality. They must also manage cash transactions and ensure high-quality service standards are met consistently.

Candidates must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, is required.
