About This Role We are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join the Finance & Accounting team at our Burnaby head office. This position reports to the Manager, Accounting with day-to-day direction from the Accounts Receivable Team Lead. Here's how your role will strengthen our team. Your Responsibilities Data entry into ERP system Record daily deposits Follow up with customers regarding cash receipts, credits, over/under payments, and overdue invoices Assist Project managers, Service Coordinators, and Customers with AR related inquiries Send customer statements monthly Assist with credit card fee allocations Follow up with customers to ensure correct contact details in our system Assist with other Accounts Receivable functions as necessary Your Experience And Skills High School Diploma. Post-secondary education in Accounting or related field an asset 1 year of experience in a similar position or any entry level finance/accounting position an asset Strong proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to work under pressure Detail-oriented Customer-service driven Able to work as a member of a team Experience in construction industry accounting, or credit training an asset About Houle As BC's leading electrical contractor and systems integrator, we believe in delivering safe, reliable power for the future. Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered.
