About This Role We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join our Project Controls team at the New Surrey Hospital and Cancer Centre Project site office. We're looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to work closely with the Project Controls team, Schedulers, Project Managers and Superintendents keep project data, plans, and documents accurate, updated, and organized. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, while working in a collaborative environment that encourages learning, growth, and continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities Deliver professional, high-quality administrative support and exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Assist the Project Controls team with a variety of administrative tasks that may include scheduling, managing project constraint tracking, progress and performance reporting, photo documentation, and on-site validation activities Ensure consistent adherence to established company processes, procedures, and operational standards Assemble and qualify asset lists, and update project KPI and estimate spreadsheets Conduct on-site survey walks, installation performance reviews, produce quality-control progress reports, and manage distribution schedules Monitor reports and documentation to ensure accurate completion and compliance with company requirements Train and coach project team members as needed Your Experience And Skills High School Diploma 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration or office related position within construction project controls, or related field High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with Procore, AutoCAD, Accubid, MS Project, are an asset Experience with document control, managing files, scheduling, and data entry Highly organized and attentive to detail Must be team player with good interpersonal and verbal communication skills Able to read electrical and/or construction drawings, an asset Electrical engineering degree, diploma, relevant education or Electrician TQ considered an asset About Houle As BC's leading electrical contractor and systems integrator, we believe in delivering safe, reliable power for the future. Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered. Exigences
