Lead human resources operations for the engines business within a global aerospace manufacturing environment. Manage employee relations and HR strategies, including working within a unionized workforce.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR with at least 8 years of HR experience, including 3 years in leadership, manufacturing, and unionized environments. Must be bilingual in French and English and able to pass a Service Canada security assessment.
