This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full accounting cycle and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring timely reporting. Key Responsibilities: * Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management * Review, process, and post vendor invoices and expense reports; ensure proper approvals * Issue and manage manual invoices, commissions, and related reporting * Prepare and track purchase orders * Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records * Record and post general ledger transactions including accruals, amortizations, intercompany entries, foreign exchange, and chargebacks * Create and maintain vendor and customer master data in the ERP system * Generate and validate commission reports and issue supporting documentation * Support inventory and financial reporting as needed * Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation * Assist with ERP (Oracle) system support, including troubleshooting and coordinating issue resolution * Ensure deadlines are met to support smooth financial operations * Other duties as required Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field * 4–5 years of accounting experience in a similar role * Experience with ERP systems (Oracle strongly preferred) * Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, including A/P, A/R, and GL * Background in B2B service industries is an asset * Working toward or possessing an accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) is an asset (not required) * Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Interested in being a part of Sigma Loyalty Group?
