Bus Systems Analyst IV

Job Summary Document the requirements to build data quality controls by reading SQL codes written by other team members. Explain the requirements to the lead Business Analyst on the project. Adhere to governance and documentation requirements explained by the lead Business Analyst. Deliver adhoc analysis by writing SQL codes. Lead the requirements gathering ask within the business. Provide leadership and work collaboratively with stakeholders including project SMs and technology partners to support project benefits. Lead a diverse range of stakeholders; communicates effectively by adapting style and technique to a diverse audience. Able to deliver strong quality results within tight timelines. Adhere to timelines and able to perform in stress situations. MUST HAVE Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Basic ability to work independently and collaborate with team members. Basic knowledge of design techniques and principals involved in production of drawings and models. SQL coding experience (reading/ writing code)- 8-10 years’ experience required. NICE TO HAVE Banking experience. AML exp Risk exp Power bi Python hybrid- 2 days on site

The role involves documenting data quality control requirements by analyzing SQL code and leading requirements gathering with business stakeholders. The analyst will also deliver ad-hoc analysis using SQL and collaborate with technology partners to support project benefits.

Candidates must have 8-10 years of experience in reading and writing SQL code along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in banking, AML, Risk, Power BI, and Python is considered an asset.
