Monitor retail establishment activities to prevent and detect shoplifting and theft. Enforce regulations to maintain order, resolve conflicts, and produce detailed reports or testify in court as a witness.

Requires 1 to 2 years of experience in retail loss prevention and security. Must possess a Class 5/5F/G license, CPR, First Aid, and WHMIS certifications, and be bondable with a clean criminal record check.
