Core Accountabilities * Analyze Collision repair damage * Assess structural components of a vehicle * Adhering to and applying insurance guidelines * Working with Body Technicians through the dismantle process * Provide accurate pricing and quotes for all vehicles * Maintain communication with customers and be available to answer questions throughout the repair process * Effectively manage multiple repairs simultaneously * Implement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard. Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year total earnings. This role's compensation consists of a base salary and commission plan. Vacancies: 1 Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or automotive position * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks. * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to work in a team and independently. * Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities. * Valid Ontario G Driver's License. * Must have experience with Mitchell or Audatex Personal Attributes * Passion, motivation, focus and leadership skills. * Results focused approach. * Team player. * Strong communication skills both written and verbal. * Ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectively. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. * Excellent interpersonal and team building skills. * Strong time management and organizational skills. * Honest, courteous and able to demonstrate strong work ethics. * Driven and ability to work with minimum supervision.
