Core Accountabilities * Analyze Collision repair damage * Assess structural components of a vehicle * Adhering to and applying insurance guidelines * Working with Body Technicians through the dismantle process * Provide accurate pricing and quotes for all vehicles * Maintain communication with customers and be available to answer questions throughout the repair process * Effectively manage multiple repairs simultaneously * Implement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard. Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year total earnings. This role's compensation consists of a base salary and commission plan. Vacancies: 1 Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or automotive position * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks. * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to work in a team and independently. * Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities. * Valid Ontario G Driver's License. * Must have experience with Mitchell or Audatex Personal Attributes * Passion, motivation, focus and leadership skills. * Results focused approach. * Team player. * Strong communication skills both written and verbal. * Ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectively. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. * Excellent interpersonal and team building skills. * Strong time management and organizational skills. * Honest, courteous and able to demonstrate strong work ethics. * Driven and ability to work with minimum supervision. The Body Shop Estimator is responsible for analyzing collision damage, assessing structural components, and providing accurate repair quotes to customers. They must also manage the repair process, coordinate with technicians, and ensure all work meets quality standards.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar automotive role and possess a valid Ontario G Driver's License. Proficiency with Mitchell or Audatex software and strong communication skills are essential for this position.
