The incumbent will have front-line contact with the public and must represent the body shop in a professional and friendly manner at all times. Core Accountabilities * Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the time they are put on hold. * Take detailed messages, including the caller’s first and last name, company name if applicable, the time, and the message the caller wishes to leave. * Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. * Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries. * Prepare and update customer files. * Obtain customer’s written approval on all repair orders at the time of the write-up or when closing additional add-on sales. * Close repair orders. * Ensure personal protective equipment is worn at all times when entering the shop. * Perform clerical and administrative and other duties as assigned. Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year. Vacancies: 1 Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid Ontario G Driver’s License. * Clear Driver’s Abstract. * Experience working in a Body Shop. * Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks. * Proven organizational skills. * Excellent customer service skills: both written and verbal. * Ability to work in a team and independently. * Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities. * Experience using Mitchell on Demand, Audatex and MS Office. * Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism. * Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly.
