The Opportunity! The Personal Insurance Account Manager is responsible for providing professional and a high level of accurate, efficient and courteous service to all clients on all activities Personal Lines retention. This position is responsible for identifying client needs and educating clients of other available insurance products; encouraging the sale of company products; applying superior client relations skills, cross-selling skills and promoting superior company image while maintaining a high set retention goal. Full-Time permanent career working out of our Winnipeg Head Office located at 1661 Portage Avenue. What you will bring to the role : Minimum Grade 12 education, or equivalent is required Level 1 licensed; Level 2 license preferred; working toward CAIB designation. 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience in an insurance environment is an asset Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment. Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal. Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.
