JOB OVERVIEW Opérer une presse verticale ainsi que son système d’injection de résine époxy. Installation de moule en presse, finition des pièces produites et préparation des accessoires de moulage. Suivre des gammes et instructions de fabrication ainsi que comprendre un dessin technique. Quart de soir. A DAY IN THE LIFE * Effectuer l’injection de pièces en époxy en respectant les procédures et les fiches de routes * Effectuer la mise en route et la fermeture des divers équipements d’injections * Démonter et nettoyer le matériel utilisé pour l’injection (Buses, tuyaux, etc.) * Remplir les formulaires, AQ-10 et suivis de production pour les pièces injectées * Retirer du moule des pièces moulées * Installer au four des pièces moulées * Assister le moleur dans ses opérations * Effectuer toutes autres tâches jugées connexes et nécessaires par votre supérieur immédiat WHAT WILL HELP YOU THRIVE IN THIS ROLE? * Doit savoir lire et interpréter un plan technique * Doit être en mesure de se servir d’outil de mesure à échelle impérial et métrique * Doit être consciencieux, rigoureux et méthodique * Doit être en bonne forme physique * Doit aimer les défis * Nécessite de travailler debout * Nécessite de se pencher et s'accroupir régulièrement * Nécessite des mouvements du tronc * Nécessite de soulever du poids lourd Hubbell Incorporated Hubbell creates critical infrastructure solutions that power our customers, communities, people and the planet.
