The Opportunity: We are seeking Longhole Drillers for our Lalor Mine. Lalor Mine is a high-grade, producing underground mine located near Snow Lake, MB. It is a major, long-life operation primarily producing Zinc, Gold, Copper, Silver, with ore processed at the nearby Stall and New Britannia Mills. Responsibilities: * To drill and blast production holes * Operate air or electric hydraulic long hole drills Prerequisites: * Experience operating electric hydraulic long hole drills, top hammer and ITH * Experience blasting long hole stopes Schedule: * The successful candidate will work 11.5hr shift on a 7/7 (Wednesdays-Tuesdays) schedule. Please note this is not a FIFO opportunity, employees are responsible for their own transportation to and from Snow Lake. Candidates must have experience operating electric hydraulic long hole drills, specifically top hammer and ITH. Experience in blasting long hole stopes is also required.
