The Opportunity: We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to work with our Mill/Concentrator team in the vibrant community of Snow Lake, MB. There is a camp available while on shift, however relocation packages and housing assistance are available to move you and your family to the vibrant community of Snow Lake if you wish. The shift is 7 days on/7 days off. Please note that this opportunity is NOT a fly-in-fly-out position. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and coordination of maintenance activities within the Snow Lake Concentrator. This includes managing work orders, planning maintenance tasks, and ensuring procurement of necessary materials while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Candidates must hold a Red Seal Journeyperson certification and possess prior supervisory experience. Experience in a milling environment is considered an asset for this role.
