Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies followed. Cultivate a relationship with the community via personal involvement, PR events and advertising opportunities. Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit candidates. Ensure all relevant conditions relating to Health & Safety are fulfilled and empower store staff to achieve the highest standards to support store management within this area. Knowledgeable in all Health & Safety policies and procedures. Ensure all documentation relating to Health & Safety are well recorded and maintained. Your profile: BS College Degree preferred or equivalent experience 1 -2 years of Specialty Retail Management experience. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. The Assistant Manager is responsible for driving store sales, managing inventory, and overseeing profit and loss to ensure operational success. They also lead, train, and develop the store team while maintaining high standards of customer service and brand presentation.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of specialty retail management experience and strong leadership and analytical skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a high level of sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS brand.
