Software Developer (Rust) | Up to CAD $200k + Exceptional Bonus | Elite FinTech | Hybrid | Montreal I'm working with a leading FinTech firm that's looking to hire Rust Software Developers who enjoy solving complex engineering problems and building high-performance systems. Role: Software Developer (Rust) Industry: Elite FinTech Compensation: Up to CAD $200k + exceptional bonus Location: Montreal (Hybrid) What you'll be working on: Building and optimising infrastructure capable of processing billions of data points every second. Developing low-level systems in performance-critical, latency-sensitive environments. Contributing to the design and development of a proprietary high-performance database built from the ground up. Working on research-driven projects involving functional programming concepts and modern systems technologies. Improving the infrastructure that supports machine learning workflows and helps bring research into production. What we're looking for: Strong commercial experience developing software in Rust. A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or another relevant technical discipline. Experience building software where performance, efficiency, and reliability are key priorities.
