Our client is seeking a full-time HR Generalist with at least three years of HR experience in a professional services firm. The successful candidate will play a key role in all aspects of the firm’s HR duties. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role works with and reports to the COO and the firm’s Executive Committee. Job Description includes but is not limited to: Recruitment and Selection of all firm support staff and students Onboarding and performance management Conducting investigations and terminations Records management and compliance Organizing social events Qualifications and Experience: HR certificate or diploma is required, and CPHR designation is considered a strong asset minimum of three years’ experience in Human Resources, ideally in a professional services environment Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and Outlook Knowledge in employment and privacy regulations including Employment Standards Act, Workers Compensation Act, Human Rights Act, PIPA and PIPEDA Excellent communication skills and professionalism Ability to maintain confidentiality For more information or to be considered for this opportunity, please apply today or contact your Hunter West consultant.
