Our tech managers perform a wide range of functions such as working in conjunction with other Huron and client team members—and leading the implementation life cycle (including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support). Whatever your unique talents, whatever your passion—in design, creation, and leadership—we’ve got you covered. 6-10 years of experience operating as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations 2-3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership Must have experience managing a team Must have experience using Studio Having experience with Orchestrate is a plus! Ability to collaborate with project team and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems or barriers; provides appropriate technical recommendations that align with business needs Implement new Workday integrations, inbound and outbound EIB’s. Manage and implement Workday Integration enhancements . Work with cross functional teams to understand requirements and design and implement solutions. Comfortable interacting with varying levels of client personnel based on project need Deep expertise in one ore more technical area of cloud-based ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions Experience coaching and leading technical staff members Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience Willingness to travel The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - 160,000 (CAD). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $156,000 - $192,000 (CAD). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
