Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 This individual will report to the Director, Technical Accounting, External Reporting and Consolidations. The Experienced Financial Analyst will play a critical role in all aspects of the consolidation and external report process. This role is pivotal to ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of our quarterly external reporting, Form 10Q/K for filing with the SEC under US GAAP as well as other regulatory filings as needed such as registration statements for GPGI, Inc. (NYSE: GPGI) non-controlling interest owner as well as support Resolute Holdings (NYSE: RHLD) through GPGI Holdings, Husky’s parent. This role provides exposure to GPGI Inc.’s senior and executive levels of management throughout the organizational structure, which allows for a global scope, significant complexity (number of entities, structures and currencies) and the opportunity to work with multiple finance teams such as accounting, tax, treasury and business support. Responsibilities Consolidate analysis to support monthly/quarterly/yearly variance explanations Analyze intercompany transactions and prepare intercompany elimination entries Provide support in the preparation of the 10Q and 10K including preparation of note disclosures, press releases, reporting packages and other publicly available deliverables Participate in the quarterly review and year end external audit Assist with technical accounting research and at times, preparing accounting memos Ensuring that the level of depth and documentation of work performed adheres to SOX requirements Adhoc duties and other projects as required Qualifications University education in Business, Accounting or equivalent CPA designation or pursuing a CPA designation Four (4) to five (5) years’ experience in accounting/finance disciplines Well-versed with office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) Workiva, Microsoft AX Dynamics (ERP) and OneStream (consolidation system) experience is an asset Experience working in a SOX internal controls, multinational public company and/or a manufacturing environment are assets Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Good understanding of US GAAP as it relates to complex accounting areas such as consolidations, mergers and acquisitions, revenue, stock-based compensation, debt, impairment (goodwill, tangible and intangibles) and internal controls Strong consolidation experience Experience in preparing documents for publicly traded companies Technical accounting memo writing skills and research skills including new accounting standards updates Ability to successfully meet deadlines and objectives in a fast-paced environment i.e. ability to multi-task Ensure that communication is presented clearly, concisely, and timely A proactive individual who is highly motivated, energetic and driven by continuous process improvements Husky TechnologiesTM offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
