*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly, reliable and guest focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming breakfast experience for guests by maintaining cleanliness, basic food preparation, and providing excellent customer service. This role is essential in creating a positive start to our guests' day and supporting the overall hospitality experience. This role requires early morning starts so must have reliable transportation. 5:30 AM start time. *Duties* * As a team, prepare and serve breakfast items in accordance with food safety standards and restaurant procedures * As a team, set up breakfast buffet or serving stations, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and appealing * Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide prompt service * Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout the shift * Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling and safety protocols * Replenish supplies as needed and assist with basic food preparation tasks * Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff * Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and friendly service * Wash dishes, clean floors, clean the kitchen during and after service. *Experience* * Previous restaurant or food industry experience is not required; training will be provided * Customer service experience is highly valued, especially in hospitality or food service settings * Familiarity with food handling and preparation is a plus * Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is beneficial * Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential for success in this role This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to guest satisfaction.
