Our values reflect the mindset we bring to everything we do: * Innovation * Trust * Entrepreneurship * Customer Focus What You’ll Be Contributing: * Schedule Development: Develop baseline schedules, incorporate tasks, milestones, and dependencies with input from project managers and engineers; * Monitoring & Updates: Continuously track actual progress against the plan, identifying deviations and potential impacts; * Communication: Inform stakeholders, team members, and clients about schedule status, updates, and potential delays; * Risk Mitigation: Identify potential scheduling risks and facilitate solutions or remedial actions; * Coordination: Align activities across different departments and trades, ensuring resource availability; * Reporting: Provide progress reports and forecasts to management. What Sets You Apart: * Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience; * Minimum 3 years of experience as a project scheduler or as a project manager with demonstrated scheduling experience and demonstrated project leadership; * Detailed oriented with the ability to collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously; * Bilingual French and English with excellent communication skills (verbal and written); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project scheduling software (ex P6); * Excellent organizational and documentation skills; * An ability to track and organize information data and communications efficiently to ensure project issues are dealt with promptly and properly; * Ability to travel to customer’s job sites within Canada and the U.S; * PMP certification – an asset; What’s In it For You: * Hybrid work model for certain job categories, supported by competitive benefits. * Comprehensive health benefits that ensure you and your family are covered for a wide range of medical needs. * Health Spending Account (HSA). * Employer-matched RRSP Program. * Paid Floater Days. * Our head office will soon relocate to a new, state-of-the-art facility in LaSalle, near the Lachine Canal.
