Our values reflect the mindset we bring to everything we do: * Innovation * Trust * Entrepreneurship * Customer Focus What You’ll Be Contributing: * Pick customer or production order accurately and efficiently using RF scanners or pick lists and perform transaction in the system to allocate part to the order number. * Retrieve products from designated warehouse locations * Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packing * Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and palletizing or distribution to production line. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. * Report any damage, missing, or incorrect inventory to supervisors * Work collaboratively with warehouse team and supervisors to meet daily targets * Answer our internal customers at reception desk or by email. * Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties * Assist on the receiving and shipping tasks as have required by the supervisor. What Sets You Apart: * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) * Previous warehouse or order-picking experience an asset * Basic computer or RF scanner skills; experience with SAP or a WMS is considered an asset. * Ability to lift 25–40 lbs regularly * Ability to work standing, walking, and bending for long periods * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Team player with good communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity target * Forklift experience and certification an asset. The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipping using RF scanners. They also assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous warehouse experience is considered an asset. The role requires the physical ability to lift 25-40 lbs and perform tasks while standing or walking for long periods.
