Our values reflect the mindset we bring to everything we do: * Innovation * Trust * Entrepreneurship * Customer Focus What You’ll Be Contributing: * Pick customer or production order accurately and efficiently using RF scanners or pick lists and perform transaction in the system to allocate part to the order number. * Retrieve products from designated warehouse locations * Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packing * Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and palletizing or distribution to production line. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. * Report any damage, missing, or incorrect inventory to supervisors * Work collaboratively with warehouse team and supervisors to meet daily targets * Answer our internal customers at reception desk or by email. * Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties * Assist on the receiving and shipping tasks as have required by the supervisor. What Sets You Apart: * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) * Previous warehouse or order-picking experience an asset * Basic computer or RF scanner skills; experience with SAP or a WMS is considered an asset. * Ability to lift 25–40 lbs regularly * Ability to work standing, walking, and bending for long periods * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Team player with good communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity target * Forklift experience and certification an asset.
