Real Estate Law Clerk — Onsite (2 Positions) 📍 Mississauga & Brampton, ON | Full-Time | Permanent 💰 $20 – $25 CAD/hour (based on experience) About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. You will manage all aspects of residential, commercial, and mortgage transactions — from file preparation to closing — while reporting to clients and financial institutions and liaising directly with clients and counsel. Key Responsibilities Prepare, manage, and close residential, commercial, and mortgage real estate files Report to clients, lenders, and financial institutions throughout the transaction process Communicate directly and professionally with clients and legal counsel Prioritize and manage a high volume of active files simultaneously Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout each transaction Required Skills Experienced user of Unity and PCLaw software Excellent organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable communicating directly with clients Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple files at once Desired Qualifications Minimum 1 year of real estate law experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PC Law Strong typing and file organization skills Access to a reliable vehicle (an asset) Compensation & Details Wage: $20 – $25 CAD/hour, commensurate with experience Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Onsite — Mississauga, ON and Brampton, ON (2 positions available)
