What You Will Accomplish With Us As a Transaction Support Clerk, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your main responsibilities will include: Index client documents received by email, fax, and mail into administrative systems and route them to the appropriate transaction teams. Enter and update information in various systems. Manage mail returned by Canada Post. Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail to the department. Distribute daily reports to department employees. Process cheque shipments according to established procedures. Meet processing deadlines and quality standards associated with various tasks. What Could Help You Succeed in This Role We are looking for someone who: Is able to travel regularly to the office. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Is recognized for their autonomy, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Has 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Holds a high school diploma or a college diploma in administration, insurance and financial services, or a related field (an asset). Is proficient with Microsoft Office. Has an intermediate level of English, as the role involves processing transaction files, responding to clients and internal teams, and communicating daily with clients or financial institutions.
