POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Materials & Parts Supervisor to support our HVAC manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring all materials, components, and fabricated parts are delivered to the production line accurately, completely, and on time. The supervisor will coordinate closely with Purchasing, Fabrication, Warehouse, and Assembly teams to maintain smooth production flow and prevent delays. WORK SCHEDULE Day Shift, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Oversee the timely delivery of all materials and components to the production line Ensure all fabricated parts are produced, completed, and delivered according to schedule Monitor material shortages, escalate issues, and coordinate solutions to avoid production downtime Work closely with Fabrication to prioritize part manufacturing based on production needs Maintain clear communication with Supervisors, Leads, and Production Planners Track material movement and ensure proper staging, labeling, and organization Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Lead and support a small team responsible for material handling and part delivery Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company procedures Qualifications & Skills Experience in HVAC manufacturing (an Asset), fabrication, or production environments Strong understanding of material flow, production scheduling, and assembly processes Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to guide and coordinate others Problem-solving mindset with a focus on preventing delays and improving workflow Forklift and crane experience (Required) Preferred Experience Previous supervisory or lead-hand experience Familiarity with ERP systems, and material tracking Knowledge of HVAC components and manufacturing processes WHAT WE OFFER Competitive pay based on experience Health, vision & dental coverage – premiums fully covered by ICE Western Paid vacation RRSP match Company events and team initiatives

Exigences

Candidates should have experience in HVAC manufacturing or production environments and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Leadership experience and a problem-solving mindset are also important for this role.
