Complex Risks Insurance Broker

We are building a premier Complex Risk team and are seeking two exceptional, technically-focused insurance brokers to be a core part of our growth. We have two immediate needs: Senior Property Broker (Vancouver) Focus: A technically strong broker with a primary focus on market placements and a high degree of comfort in client-facing situations. Sectors: While a generalist background is valued, key growth areas are Mining, Renewables, and Forestry. Role: You will be the technical expert, working alongside the client relationship leads to deliver superior solutions. This is not a sales role; your focus is on technical excellence and service. Senior Casualty Broker (Vancouver) Focus: A highly skilled casualty broker to support our national practice. Sectors: This role will cover a broad range of industries across Canada. Role: You will be a key technical resource for the entire firm, facing both clients and insurers to structure the best possible solutions. While anchored in Vancouver, we are open to the right candidate being based elsewhere in Canada. Who You Are: You are a technical insurance professional currently working for a broker where you handle large, complex risks. Your focus is on technical excellence, not sales quotas. You are solution-oriented and thrive on finding answers to complex client challenges. You are comfortable facing both clients and insurance markets.
