About the Role The Elevate team is seeking an SMB Sales professional to drive its mission of empowering education and nonprofit institutions across Canada. This role serves as the SMB Sales expert within the organization, accountable for shaping the go-to-market sales approach and delivering on revenue commitments. You'll combine deep industry knowledge with commercial acumen to help education and nonprofit customers accelerate digital transformation through cloud, productivity, and AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Sales Discipline & Leadership Own the SMB sales unit plan for Canada, aligned to the Nonprofit and Education budget and performance goals. Drive stakeholder and plan alignment across digital sales teams and partners. Refine sales plans across sales engines and programs to achieve budget targets. Maintain a disciplined forecasting cadence and develop bridge plans to close revenue gaps. Sales Motion Orchestration Lead direct customer opportunity targeting and prioritization with digital sales teams and partners at the Canada Sales Unit level. Partner with leaders to accelerate partner sales execution by activating teams through SMB cohort launches and in-person/virtual events. Enable sellers and advance pipeline through strategic partner engagement. Partner Collaboration & Pipeline Growth Build high-trust relationships with partner sellers to drive co-sell execution. Own progression of top-priority opportunities, leveraging industry expertise and subject-matter experts for customer engagement. Identify opportunities to expand partner-led pipeline and improve sales conversion. Industry Expertise Serve as the go-to expert on SMB business priorities for the Canada sales unit. Translate industry and market expertise into sharper customer targeting and stronger sales execution. Lead strategic customer engagements and share industry use-case insights to support repeatable sales execution. Qualifications 9-12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Marketing, ideally within technology or services sales. Strong commercial acumen, sales strategy, and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience working with partner ecosystems, channel sales, and co-sell motions. Experience developing and managing sales pipelines, forecasts, revenue targets, and business plans. Strong understanding of SMB customer needs and sales motions. Familiarity with the education and nonprofit sectors is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
