The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Regional Vice President and regional leadership team. This role is responsible for executive administration, event planning, project coordination, regional operations support, and technology adoption initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide confidential executive-level administrative support to the Regional Vice President. Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, expense reports, and email communications. Coordinate regional meetings, conferences, advisor events, client events, and community initiatives. Support business development, marketing activities, and client acquisition programs. Manage and coordinate special projects and regional initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other business communications. Support technology adoption and leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency and collaboration. Administer regional budgets and support office operations. Collaborate with regional leadership, consultants, and corporate partners across multiple locations. Promote a culture of compliance, inclusion, professionalism, and exceptional client service. Qualifications Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services, sales, or a professional services environment. Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and intermediate Excel skills. Strong project coordination and event management experience. Bilingualism (English and French), written and spoken, is strongly preferred. Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as Microsoft Copilot. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of French and English is required to support clients and Team members within and/ or outside the province of Quebec. The expected annual base salary range for this role is $58,000 - $76,500, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
