A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US • Drive sales by ensuring your area is clean, tidy, fully stocked, and correctly priced, with products always in perfect condition. • Optimize availability by analyzing sales space capacities and adjusting stock levels based on system parameters. • Be a product expert by learning the features and benefits of all IKEA products products and sharing your knowledge with customers. • Actively engage customers—identify their needs through the right questions and recommend the best solutions for their home. • Support merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a safe, organized work area, including performing tasks requiring physical effort and lifting up to 50 lbs. The starting rate/ salary for this position is 20.15 CAD

Drive sales by maintaining a clean, stocked, and correctly priced product area while acting as a product expert for customers. Engage customers to identify their needs and recommend the best home solutions while supporting general merchandising tasks.

Candidates should be sales-driven and outgoing with previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced retail setting. Must be comfortable with physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
