WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE ( Sales Area - Textiles & Rugs) - Passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer service. - Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume retail environment. - Strong multitasking and time-management skills. - Experience with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing product displays. - Confidence in approaching customers, identifying needs, and recommending solutions. - Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving products up to 50 lbs. - Team-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure. A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US • Actively approach customers, identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions. • Keep area of responsibility clean, tidy, correctly priced and fully stocked, maintaining IKEA basic merchandising standards. • Actively learn about relevant product features and benefits, sharing this knowledge with customers and co-workers. • Seek support and guidance from co-workers and stakeholders, as well as provide support to co-workers.
